He is the author of international bestseller "India Unbound", which was published in many countries and languages and filmed by the BBC. It 'was CEO of Procter & Gamble India and Vice President of Procter & Gamble Far East, 1985-1992. He later became vice president and chief executive of Procter & Gamble worldwide.Prior to joining P & G, he was Chairman and Managing Director of Richardson Hindustan Limited from 1981 to 1985, the company where he started as a trainee.
