OSHO: The fear of intimacy

In this presentation, Osho answers a question many of my fears is one that I realize that most of intimacy. I am like a hit and run driver in my dealings with people. Could you talk about my fear of intimacy? Everyone is afraid ofIntimacy. There is one other thing, if you realize it or not. Intimacy means exposure before a stranger. We are all foreigners - no one knows. There are still strangers to us, because we do not know who we are. Intimacy brings you close to a stranger. You drop all your defenses, and only then is intimacy possible. And the fear is that if you drop all your defenses, all masks, which is what a foreigner can do with you?
